What does reachable mean?
BounceNot performs an SMTP-level check to confirm the mailbox can actually receive mail. When the server gives no clear answer, the result is Unknown rather than invalid.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
How is a catch-all handled?
Catch-all domains accept any address, so reachability can't be guaranteed. BounceNot flags them so you can decide whether to send.
